The room is comfortable and comes with a desk, chair and ample storage, it is a lovely place to settle into Dublin while studying. The rent includes all household bills.

Our home is a calm, friendly and comfortable place to come back to after a busy day, with a lively pub and community garden nearby to relax in. We both work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9–5, with one or two days working from home each week. As this is our first time renting a room, we’re hoping to find someone considerate, tidy and friendly who will enjoy making the most of the home and neighbourhood
